Folks I recently bought a Stainless Steel media tumbler from (http://www.biggdawgtumblers.com/7501.html) and I love it I can do 13 pounds of 9mm at once very cool. But because I did not want to buy all the dies for all the brass I have I just wanted to be able to deprime it and process it in the tumbler for sale, I needed something I could hand deprime the brass with. I did searches and came up with a bunch of items that looked a bit hokie. I settled on the Harvey Universal Hand deprimer (http://www.harveydeprimer.com/) I honestly did not think it was going to fit the bill but it was much cheaper than 25 different depriming dies. So when I got it I tried it and it works great. SO I forked out the 50.00+ bucks for it.
I know this seems like a sales pitch for this think but it is not. I just wanted to put the info out there. I have deprimed everything from .25 auto to .338 Win Mag and it has worked great. The only issue I ran into with it is 5.56/.223 you have to advance the pin just a tick or the pin pops out of the flash hole and it gets stuck. Now I deperime at the riverside watching my fishing pole and not tied to my bench. Something to look into. [IMG] [/IMG]
