We should hit this match up one of these days! http://azprc.net/default.aspx

Mission Statement

Our goal is to get others interested in our hobby and sport at a competitive level or just to better their "at field skills." This we believe, will better our sport and shooting community.

Please support the other precision/practical shooting groups that support us.

Don't forget to thank a soldier, past and present!!!

I've been noticing a lot of precision rifle clubs, like the one the So Cal guys belong to. Nor Cal precision is an other really good one, those guys are very organized and practice and train together very often. The Arizona one I posted above looks very professional as well. We should put together a precision rifle club for us here in Las Vegas!!

We should try and get the sniper's hide guys who compete in Kurt's match and see what they think about the idea. Get a strong local team together!

It does seem really fun, kind of switch it up a bit. I think it runs on the same schedule as Kurt's match though.

We should make the match were putting on a rough field conditions match (or a future match) and really test ourselves! Maybe throw in some unknown distance targets and put some that are at a good angle and really do up spot #2 or something. It will be easier to do once it cools down.

Just an idea.

Smile Changing the scenery

Yeah, I would be down for doing some of that stuff...even just going out and doing it on a weekend. I think with all of the steel that we have we could set up a pretty challenging course to just 'practice' with, 300 widowmaker ranged some stuff @ spot 1 that was near the very top of the mountain that you could reach out to...just a hell of a hike to set it up, but it would provide angle and you could reach out to it as far as 1000+ meters (could be a good place for a permanent steel target) I definitely dont want to pack the target back down

I do think we should look for a spot though that we could do some ridge to ridge engagement on targets at various angles, ranges, unknown ranges etc.. It will definitely be good practice for Gillette. I am excited about the dpms after seeing Dane's today...He is a baaaad man!!!

That rifle is shooting awesome! I think it will be a killer in Kurt's match! I've seen Vegas50 do some awesome gas gun shooting at the comp. I'm very interested to see how you guys do with them (I think you guys will blow sh*t away!)
