While they ran the brady i looked at some holsters for my other gun. it took a little bit and my daughter started to cry. so i told them that i would be right back so that my daughter could go home and get some food. the guy insisted it wont take long and i just had to fill out the paperwork. so i stayed and filled it out. it really didnt take long. I figured another smooth transaction and i was happy with the purchase. I get a call back from them and they leave me a message to call back. now i didnt get a chance to call back till the next morning and i was expecting some good news about a laser light sight i had been inquiring about. Instead this call was to inform me that they did not charge me enough for my gun. They charged me $70 short and decided to take it out of my account without informing me, unauthorized. mind you after i told them i will be right back to finish up, instead they rushed me out the door.
Im filling reports where ever i can for this move they pulled, and some excuse about "the system takes it out cause the serial number didnt match the price" i have done many deals in there before but this will be the last one.too bad for you guys i buy at least 2 guns a year, took my ccw class there, and any accessory i buy is from there as well. I will not be purchasing anything nor will be using your range untill you make this right.
